Edward’s consulting assignments span across diverse industries covering end-to-end digital solutions implementation from supplier sourcing to selling to end-customer. Edward began his consulting career with a German software firm – SAP, at its’ Waldorf development centre and later with ex-‘Big Six’ management consulting firms. He held senior roles with international management consulting firms including Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (now IBM Business Consulting).
On strategy, process and operations management, Edward has over 20 years experience in helping organisations big and small in the analysis, benchmarking, design, modeling and improvement of businesses processes. He played key roles on various international assignments which involved formulating supply chain strategy, best practices benchmarking, design and improvement of supply chain and business processes.

Edward is a hands-on technology professional and project leader with experience on every facets of complete project lifecycle including requirements gathering, software selection, feasibility study, fit/gap analysis, solution design, prototyping, functional specification (WRICEFP), configuration, data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), interfaces/integration, change management, user training, post-live support and trouble-shooting.
Edward is an expert on SAP SD, MM, WM, RF, APO DP, SNP and Experienced in PP, QM, PM (EAM/LAM), SAP business intelligence (BI/BW) KPI & performing reporting, SPSS (statistical and predictive analytics tool), ARIS & WebSphere Business Process Modeling Tool (WMB). He also had some exposure to SAP PPDS, EWM, S4 HANA Logistics/Enterprise Management on premise and cloud, IBP, ABAP, MYOB accounting, Ariba S2P, WordPress, HTML basic, HPQC IT tickets & helpdesk support.
